Q: How is your data compiled?
A: Our data is compiled from many different sources. Most of our data is from business data compilers, online directories, phone directories, public records, web forms, opt-in email responses, surveys, business opportunity websites and more.
Q: How often is your database updated?
A: We offer updated quality data. All consumer and business opportunity seeker data is updated on a weekly basis. We obtain millions of records weekly to make sure that you receive the freshest and most current data. Business data is updated 3-4 times a year. MLM genealogy is updated on an as needed basis.
Q: What will my connection/response rate be?
A:Providing our clients with the highest quality of lists and leads is of the up-most importance to our company. A 15-30% bounce rate is industry standard for purchased list. Our data is continually updated and cleaned to make sure you are provided with accurate and deliverable lists and leads that meet or exceed this industry standard.
Your connection rate will vary depending on the method you send out the emails. For the highest connection rate we recommend jmailerpro.com or other email broadcasting companies that email purchased lists. Using your personal email account will result in a poor connection rate. Our email data is not compatible with email broadcasting companies that will only send out relationship based lists.
All phone leads and mail leads need to be cleaned against the DNC and Change of Address. We do not provide that service.
Due to the many different variables your response rate will rely heavily on your campaign. What you are offering, content, text/script, images, and method of broadcasting are just a few contributing factors that will affected your campaign. The list is only one piece of the puzzle to marketing your product or services. To help with your response rate please contact our marketing experts for advice. Q: In what formats can I get my list?
A:We provide your list in .csv format which will open in excel. If you would like your list(s) in another format please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Q: How will the data be delivered?
A:Your data will be sent to you by email. A link from filesanywhere.com will be sent to you via email. You can download your data to your computer by a simple click from your mouse. Make sure that you save the data to your computer, the link will expire in 30 days from the time of purchase. Depending on size of file, an email attachment or a CD can also be sent upon request.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards in the USA. If you are making a first time purchase outside the country please send western union/money gram to the address listed below. We also accept wire transfers, please send inquires to email@example.com. All orders must be paid in advance before an order is sent.

Q: Are there any usage limits?
A:No. We do not rent or lease data. Listguy.com sells data only. Once the data is purchased you own the data.
Q: Can I order custom lists?
A: Yes. We specialize in customizing lists to fit your specific needs. We can customize by type of consumer/business, location, age, gender, and many more. All you have to do is fill out a quote form, submit an inquiry, send us an email, or call with your specific details. A sales rep will be happy to work with you on tailoring a list for you.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order directly online from the website, a sales representative will then contact you to confirm order details. For custom orders you can either submit a quote by email or call us by phone. Once a price, count, and specific details have been determined an order form will be sent to you by email or fax.
To place an order you can use credit card with highly secured verified socket layers (SSL) online via our shopping cart, phone in an order, fax an order form, and email an order form. If you do not feel comfortable using a credit card we accept money orders, wire transfers, or a sent check in the mail.
